Janet Bair Brewer

BREWER, Janet Bair, age 79, died Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at HPH Hospice Care Center. She was born in Gastonia, NC and came to the area 40 years ago. She was the Manager of the Howell Oaks Apartments and the co-founder of the 32nd Infantry Regiment Association for 25 years. Preceded in death by her two late husbands: Chester Bair and Robert Brewer,  she is  survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Jerry and Barbara Guest of Hersey, PA; daughters and son-in-law: Glenda O’Hara of Spring Hill, FL; Teresa and Steve Coleman of Gastonia, NC; grandchildren: William Hudson and  Michelle Healy and six additional grandchildren and  16 great-grandchildren. Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:00-7:00pm Monday, January 29, 2018 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel where funeral services will be conducted at 11:00am, Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Interment will follow at 1:00pm at Florida National Cemetery.
