passed away peacefully on July 8th, 2023 at the age of 91. A lifelong resident of Brooklyn, Edward was a proud retiree of the New York City Fire Department, a career he loved.
Devoted Father to Patrice, Cathy, and Carolyn and cherished Grandfather to John, David, Christine, and Michael. Edward was preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years Catherine.
A visitation for Edward will be held on Wednesday, July 12th, 2023 from 1:00pm to 7:00pm at Joseph G. Duffy Funeral Home, 255 Ninth Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
A Mass of Christian Burial will occur on Thursday, July 13th, 2023 at 10:00 am at Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, 245 Prospect Park West, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
