Sandor "Sandy" E. Blum

Sandor E. Blum, age 87, of San Diego, CA, formerly of Needham, MA, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2023.

Sandor is survived by his children Aaron Blum and wife Michelle, Hannah Blum, Dre Blum, Ari Blum, Jonathan Blum and Jennifer Mcintosh, as well as his grandchildren Isabella, Brianna, Alana, Gabrielle, Morgan, Connor, Zoe, Aidan as well as his beloved grand-doggie, Cali.

Sandor, who went by the nickname Sandy was a dedicated psychotherapist, helping hundreds of people throughout his long tenured career. He was not only gifted in his ability to connect with his patients, but also had a deep love for his friends and family. He was tremendously thoughtful, selfless, and endlessly curious. His love of art, jazz, football, and poetry enriched both his life and all of those who knew him.

A Funeral Service will be held at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Sunday, December 3 at 1:00pm. Burial will follow in Beit Olam Cemetery, 60 Old Sudbury Road, Wayland.
