SCHWARTZ, Carol Marcia (Sherman), of Wayland, MA, formerly of Wellesley & Newton, MA, passed away on April 4, 2017 at the age of 63. Loving companion of Paul McManus. Dear daughter of the late Janice (Levenson) Sherman and Herbert; devoted mother of Benjamin Schwartz and Jeremy Schwartz, and his wife Sarah; loving sister of Lee Sherman and the late Sue Sherman; and adored aunt of Jay Hershfield and Lily Fairneny. A memorial service will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 1668 Beacon St., Brookline, MA, on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 2:00 PM. Memorial observance will be at the home she shared with Paul until 8:00 PM and continuing Saturday from 12:00-6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215.
