James attended Milwaukee Boys Tech and graduated as a cabinet maker. Even though his career took a different path, he continued to do wood working as an active hobby. He served in the Naval reserves for 12 years. And was proud that his two sons and two of his grandsons also served in the military. James worked for the Falk Corporation and retired after 32 years of service.
James had various interests throughout his life, duck hunting, ice fishing, big band music, but his two main passions were wood working and history. He was always building something in his work shop, from small items like shelves to large items like furniture. If he wasn’t in his work shop, he would be reading or watching a history documentary, WWII was his specialty.
James was a quiet, reserved, and patient man with a good sense of humor. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends but will always be in our hearts. He leaves behind many found memories, like chasing his wife around looking for a kiss (Pepe Le Pew apprentice).
