Mrs. Gloria E Miller

She is survived by her loving husband, John "Jack" Miller of 51 years, her daughters, Nicole Miller and Amy (Michael) May nee Miller, her adoring grandchildren, Elena and Evan May, as well as other famiy and friends.

Gloria was born on November 2, 1948 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Joseph and Eleanor Gallenberger, and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a graduate from Juneau High School. Gloria was employed at many businesses throughout her working life, including many restaurants hostessing, waitressing, and managing, West Allis Memorial Hospital Dietary department, and First Financial Planners as a seminar coordinator and receptionist.

Gloria married her soulmate, Jack, on December 2, 1972. She was hardworking and a devoted mother and wife. She enjoyed relaxing at home, traveling, swimming, going to restaurants, playing cards, watching movies and the Food Network, casinos, antiqueing, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Some of her favorite life experiences included years of camping trips, traveling to the Bahamas, building her dream home with her husband, and becoming a grandmother.

Throughout her battle, Gloria continually remained strong and positive, never gave up, was willing to undergo all available treatments, and continued to fight until there were no treatment options left.

Gloria spent her final days at home, which was her favorite place, surrounded by her loving family. Her husband, Jack, and her daughters devotedly cared for her until her last day. Her loving and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 13, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield, followed by a Funeral Service at 2:30 pm.
