Marilyn Joyce Coles

Her Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2024 in the Chapel of Brentwood-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home located at 9010 Church St. East, Brentwood, TN 37027. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour.

A native of Moline, Illinois she was born on October 9, 1927 the daughter of the late Tom Stone and Helen Alice Luedeman. After high school she attended Augustana College where she received a certificate in pediatric nursing. She later met and married Don and turned her focus to being a dedicated wife and mother.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Don,her son Tom and her beloved dog Cassie.

Survivors include her daughter Mari (Dennis) O'Neill, loving sister Elaine Jo (Hiroshi), their sons Clifford, David, and Steven; three grandchildren and special friends Ellen Grassman and Mary Ann Griffin.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Heart'n Soul Hospice located at 51 Century Blvd Suite 110, Nashville, TN 37214 or to Charter Senior Living of Franklin located at 105 Sunrise Cir, Franklin, TN 37067.
