Ruth Posey entered into eternal rest on July 19, 2019. Born in West Virginia on March 28, 1936 and dearly beloved daughter of Troy and Opal O’Laker. She was a loving and devoted mother to Frederic Jr., David, Philip Posey, Linda Hammond (Nathan). Grandmother to Heather Kellum, Sean, Eric, Paul and Ryan Hammond, Lisa Ford. Great Grandmother to Gavin Thompson and Donald Kellum 4th. Preceded in death by her loving husband Frederic Posey, and grandson Brian Posey. Ruth loved going to watch her 4 grandsons play Ice Hockey. But most of all cheering for them on when they scored a goal. She will be missed by her family and friends, she will not be forgotten.
