George was educated in the Trinidad and Tobago school systems. He faithfully practiced his Methodist faith alongside his family as a young person.
In 1952 he married Doreen Dick who stayed by his side throughout his entire life. He was a devoted husband and father to their four boys.
In 1968 he migrated to the United States of America from his native homeland of Trinidad & Tobago.
He and his family attended Ashbury United Methodist church in Washington, DC regularly for many years. He was also a member of a men’s group and choir at his church.
His hobbies included listening to music, gardening, singing, and watching cartoons.
Left to cherish his precious memories are: his sons, Martin, Nick, Bryan and George, 2 daughters-in-law, 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, his siblings, nieces, nephews, lots of relatives and very dear friends who will forever keep him in their hearts.
