This memorial was created in memory of our loved one, Jasmine Collins, 88 years old, born on June 3, 1934 in Pumpkin Bend, Arkansas, and passed away on November 30, 2022 in Antioch, California. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.She is survived by her daughter Pamela Phillips, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Jobie Collins and her two sons Gary and Jodie. We will remember her forever.
Friends and family are invited to a graveside service on Monday, December 12, 2022 at 12pm Memory Gardens Cemetery in Concord.
