To me Pam wasn't just a client , she was a friend. We spent many hours chatting while I did her hair. She absolutely loved her family... especially those precious grandkids......She was a shoulder to cry on as she watched me navigate thru my crazy life .....she always told me that I needed to write a book... I just might do that......What stood out the most to me was her positive...loving attitude. I will truly miss that laugh and smile....May you rest in the sweetest of peace my dear friend.... love you.

I couldn’t have been more than 6 or 7 (maybe younger) I vividly remember Aunt Pam taking the the time to show me how to properly peel (and enjoy :D) eating an orange. When I about 10 she taught me how to scramble eggs, albeit my first try produced brown flat little tufts that barely resembled a scrambled egg she ate every last bite. As I went through my teen years she was my rock,  listening to my silly teenage complaints. Early in the morning she’d have coffee with me while I carried on, never judging me and only offering an opinion if I asked. The day my oldest son was born she and Uncle Artie came to visit at the hospital, Aunt Pam told me I was a natural. I didn’t feel that way. But hearing it from her made me aspire to be my best. She was the kind of Mother I wanted to be. Over the years she’d give me guidance on so many different things I wondered how does she know All of this stuff? When my life fell apart and she and Uncle Artie took me into their home I had the opportunity to ask her. Her answer, “I pray about it”. Simple words with the biggest impact. That is my beautiful, kind, loving passionate Aunt. Always even keeled never judgmental with the gentlest way of guiding me. My heart has another hole. She’d tell me not be sad, to live my life and she’ll be there to greet me on the other side when God calls me home. I love you Aunt Pam! I’ll do my best not to disappoint you, but moving forward knowing when I drop at your house you won’t be there is going to be a struggle. 

I worked with Pam as part of the regional team at Kmart. She always approached her day with a smile and positive attitude .  Thoughts and prayers for the family now and in the days ahead.

So sorry to hear of your loss. She will be remembered by the parishioners of St. Francis Catholic Church and the many children she taught in Faith Formation.  God bless you and your family.   Jose & Stephanie Puerto and family. 

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Ritondo, Ellis & Klein families during this very sad & difficult time.  Growing up on Beach  83rd Street in Rockaway, I have many wonderful memories of Debbie & Pam.  Now we can cherish those happy times & find comfort in the love we shared through the years......

Pam was my assistant for several years but she was always much more of a partner and confidant.  She was a key member of our Regional Team and everyone on our team had great respect for her and her contributions. Her sunny disposition always took the stress out of any situation. She was indespensible.  I loved Pam and will miss her. All my prayers and condolences to her family and loved ones. 

Pam was my Mother-in-law. I am married to her oldest son, Ben. 
During the last month of her life, she asked me for a favor which was the first time I truly felt like part of the family. She had lost so much weight that she asked if I could go and purchase some clothes that would fit her. Maybe not a big deal, but it meant the world to me
