Marilyn Steele Nencetti

Marilyn was born September 4, 1940, to William and Mary Grainger Steele. She grew up and attended Ilion High School and married John M. Nencetti on October 3, 1959.

Before retiring to Florida, to be closer to family, she was a dedicated homemaker raising 5 children and worked for the Herkimer County Cheese Factory. She was a lifelong avid reader and fan of Elvis Presley, which she listened to right to the end.

Marilyn is survived by her 5 children, sons & daughter in-law, Stacey Fett (Dennis Shepard), Terri (Walter) Czuryla, Kathy (Mitch) Soskin, Tina (Stephen) Balasko, David (Beth) Nencetti, brother Robert (Samantha) Steele, along with 7 grandchildren, Kayla, Jillian and Ryan, Samantha and Aaron, Jacob and Nicky, 2 great granddaughters Emerson and Charlie, sisters & brother-in-law, Mary Don (Jack) Dillard, Cathy Nencetti and Carol Steele as well as many nieces and nephews.

Marilyn was predeceased by her husband John M. Nencetti, her parents William & Mary Steele, brother William (Dinny) Steele, brother-in-law Francis Nencetti and sister-in-law Donna Steele.
