Joyce Rose Guzel

Joyce was preceded in death by her first-born son David Lemp, her parents Joseph and Jean Imperato, brother George Imperato and her Godmother and Aunt Anne Guariglia- Paris.

She was an amazing cook who specialized in Italian cuisine; however, her grandkids favorite was her homemade macaroni & cheese. She lit up the room with her smile and will always be remembered for her giving heart and her open door to all those in need. She taught all those who knew her to love Jesus and to never leave home without your makeup!! She lived for her grandchildren and cherished every moment with them.

She is survived by her children Jessica Lemp, John Daniel Lemp (Jamie), Mark Guzel (Josephine), Matthew Guzel, Rebecca Guzel and Danielle Malliza -Coleman and the joy of her life, her 13 grandchildren.

She also leaves behind her brothers Joseph (Karen) and John (Kim) Imperato as well as her sisters Ellen Scalzo (Joseph) and Susan (Bob) Imperato and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Joyce will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
