Ellen J Steenson

Eventually, Ellen made Tampa, FL her home she attended St Patricks Catholic Church.

Tampa is also where she met the man who completed her life, Al Steenson. The two were married for 37 years before Al preceded her in death.

Family and friends were Ellen’s passion and delight. She worked for 17 years at the Mac Dill Air Force Base Commissary. Ellen will be remembered for her remarkable cooking and hosting skills, her storytelling abilities and as a mother for supportive and encouraging, always wise and kind. Finally, she will be remembered for her grand personality that has provided many happy memories and comfort to those she loved and cared for most.

Survivors include her two children Debbie (Jim) Albright of Pinellas Park, FL and Robert Oliver and Stacey of Savannah GA. Four grandchildren, Danielle Brazell (Brunswick, GA), Robert Oliver Jr (Burbank, CA), Michael Ryan (Tampa, FL) and Jeff Ryan (Maderia Beach FL). Four great children, Chatham, Chance and Chet Brazel of Brunswick ,GA, Valentino Oliver (Burbank CA) and Zoey Ryan (Tampa FL) as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and un-named, but loving family members and friends.
