Dennis "Denny" Gordon Bain

Denny was born in Newton, NJ on December 1st 1940. He was a graduate of the Pasadena Playhouse College of Theatre Arts. His heart was always with the Theater.

He was an entrepreneur, investor, consultant and always looking for the next challenging venture.

He enjoyed people and getting to know every aspect about them. Denny cherished family and his multitude of wonderful friends. He loved the game of golf and had a passion for great food, which he always found in New Orleans, and loved to entertain guests.

Denny was a long-time member of the Branchville Business Men’s Club and formerly served as president. He enjoyed helping others and supported Metropolitan Ministries, Salvation Army and various local ministries. He also combined his passion and his love for food by cooking for Meals on Wheels.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald Christie Bain Sr. and Margaret Roe Bain, his brothers Donald (Doris) Bain Jr, Thomas J Bain, and Bruce Bain.

He is survived by his loving and caring wife, Kelly Ann Barnes, his daughters Tina (Andy) Jones, Tammy (Mark) Kiger, his son Thomas (Christy) Bain, and grandchildren Tyler Jones, Eden Kiger, Arthur Bain, Margaret Bain. He is also survived by his siblings, Nancy (Ken) Gunn and James (Bonnie) Bain, sister-in-law Ann Bain.

A graveside service will take place at a later date as he wished to rest with family in his hometown in New Jersey.
