Dave working  at Moffitt in 2021 as a Senior Project Manager, Mentor and Coach on the team. Truly an inspirational leader and so passionate about helping others.

Dave was a great leader, teammate and friend. He taught me so much during our time working together at Moffitt. He was always positive and putting his peers,  customers and our patients first. He smiled a lot, told me all about his kids (wow, he loved them so much and boy was he proud!) . Even when I checked in with him in Sept, he told me about his daughter graduating (super proud Dad).  I pray Dave is at peace and the Loop family and friends can find comfort in each other and what I’m sure are amazing memories of a wonderful person. Rest easy Dave.

I am  are so sorry to hear about Dave’s passing. He was a wonderful person that I had the pleasure of working with in our EPM team at Moffitt. His stakeholders always had such kind things to say about him. I appreciated his steady nature and his positive outlook even after his diagnosis. He will be greatly missed.

My deepest condolences to Dave's family. I worked with Dave at Moffitt.  He had an infectious personality and could tell a joke as well as take one.  I still have my Big Hug Mug he gave us at Christmas one year.  After he left Moffitt, I enjoyed our occasional lunch meet ups with some of our former co-workers. He will be missed

I had the privilege of working with Dave at Moffitt for several years. He was always a kind and considerate person, and his great sense of humor brought joy to everyone around him. Dave's positive spirit and dedication will be deeply missed. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends during this difficult time.

My sincerest condolences to the family.  I worked with Dave at Nellis AFB for a several years in the mid 2000s.  He was always a consummate professional and a real pleasure to work with and to know as a friend.  He will be missed.

Condolences to the family on your loss. I met Dave as our AF careers were just getting started. We attended ASM Tech School and went on to our first assignment to England together. Dave always had a great sense of humor and was a hard worker. Beyond it all, Dave was just a genuinely good person.  R.I.P. Dave

Sgt Loop was my tech school instructor, helped shape the way I make a living as a sheetmetal man. Thank you for your service Sir.

I want to express my heartfelt condolences to Dave’s family during this difficult time. I had the privilege of working alongside Dave at Moffitt Cancer Center, and it was genuinely an honor. He was an incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive colleague. Even after I moved on from the company, Dave would often reach out to see how I was doing. His absence will be deeply felt.

I want to extend my deepest sympathy to the Loop family on Dave's passing. Although I didn’t work with Dave for long as a civilian, we shared a strong Air Force connection as retired Chief Master Sergeants. He was a great man, and he will be deeply missed. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dave was an exceptional individual. I had the pleasure of working with him at Centene. When I first joined the team, he reached out and was very welcoming. We quickly became friends in addition to the partnership and support of each other's work efforts.  He treated everyone with kindness and respect. His humor was unique and endearing, causing me to laugh frequently. It was always a pleasure to interact with Dave and I miss him very much.  My deepest condolences to everyone who knew and loved Dave.
