Catherine Farrell Lester, age 48, passed away peacefully February 9, 2020 due to a short battle with cancer. She was born October 14, 1971 in Boston, Massachusetts to Tom and Helen Farrell. She married her one and only true love and best friend, Richard Charles Lester, on March 13, 2004.
Cathy loved to love on people. Her family was the most important thing in the world to her. Closely behind that was her love for animals, including her dog Rosie. Her home was her safe place and she loved Christmas and being surrounded by those who were most important. Cathy also loved the beach and the calmness of the water.
Her most rewarding job, was being a mother to her two precious boys, Billy and Zachary. She was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment she had with them. She lived for her children, spending countless days at baseball parks and supporting them in their life journey. She knew and will continue to know their every move. Her favorite saying to them was, “My Child, my love, my life.”
Cathy was a loyal wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and coworker. Her laugh was contagious. Her generosity was infectious. Her heart was huge, and her kindness was immeasurable. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for someone struggling.
She dedicated 27 years of her life to Great Expressions Dental Centers. She started at the bottom and through hard work and her dedicated personality, she quickly rose to the top. She formed irreplaceable relationships along the way and impacted the lives of her employees more than she will ever know. There will be a huge void.
Her life impacted so many and she truly had a servant’s heart.
Cathy is survived by her husband, Rick, her children Billy and Zachary, her parents, Tom and Helen Farrell, her brother, Tommy, his wife, Carla, her niece, Tyler, her nephew, Riley and her dogs, Star and Rosie. She loved and touched everyone so deeply.
