Edward William Glass

Born and raised in Paterson, NJ, the son of the late James and Catherine (Wall) Glass. Married to the late, Patricia (Pat) Ann Glass. Ed and Patricia lived in Clifton raising their three children before moving to Branchville in the mid 1990’s where they actively enjoyed retirement family and friends.

Employed in Shipping for 35 years at Garcy Corporation, Ed spent his leisure time enjoying Fishing, Hunting, Nature, Reading, Photography, Cooking, Music & watching Jeopardy. A volunteer for the New Jersey Wildlife Division; an amateur magician as well as a brief ten-year stint as a regional actor in the Passion Play production at Saint Bonaface in Paterson, NJ.

The beloved husband to the late Patricia Glass, Edward is survived by his children, Bernadette and her husband, Brian Becker, of Hamilton; Mark and his wife, Janet Glass of Clifton and Brenda Cicenia of Butler; blessed with six grandchildren, Katie Comer and her husband Patrick, John Glass, Jesse Becker, Marlena Unkle and her husband Carl , David and Nicole Cicenia and great-grandchild, Mark Patrick Comer.

A memorial mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 25, 2022 at Our Lady Queen of Peace R.C. Church, 209 US-206, Branchville, NJ 07826.
