We are broken hearted to announce the passing of our Mum, Mary McGarry. She passed away on October 9th 2024 at Brampton Civic Hospital with family by her side. Mary was born to Mary and John Smyth on Valentines Day 1936. She will be sadly missed by her sister Bell (Dominic), brother Dan (Anne Deceased), brother Johnny (deceased) and brother in law Hugh (Eilish Deceased).
Precious mother of Grace (Sean Deceased), Joseph (Linda), Marie (Jim), Siobhan (Steve). Proud Granny of Ryan (Steph), Kathleen (Brett), Michael (Catherine), Christina (Brandon), Christopher (Michelle), Caitlin (David), Kevin, Stephen (Steph), Nick (Sam), Curtis, Kyle, and at last but not least her many great grandchildren. Along with many loved ones over the pond in Ireland.
Mom loved all our family gathering, where she could see everyone together enjoying themselves. She loved her roses, her baking, people calling over for a cup of tea and a wee chat, and going to the mall every Tuesday, but most of all she loved her family and friends. She enjoyed life to the fullest, surrounded by love and was always there when we needed her the most. She will be missed by many and her memories will be cherished by all who knew her.
