Willie Bell Patterson was born on November 26th, 1924, in Bradenton, Fl. to Willie and Aliza Deassauer (deceased). She retired from Manatee Memorial Hospital after 27 years of service and was a member of Mt. Pilgram Church until her illness.
She was preceded in death by her husband, I.V. Patterson; Two Sons: Leo Butler Sr. and David James Jr.; Two Daughters: Delores Butler and Farrice Roxie James Ware; Daughter in law: Wanda “Inez” Butler; Son in Law: Julius “Junebug” Ware Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories: One Son, James Butler Jr. (Donna); Two Daughters: Valeria James and Delilah James Pompey (Al); One Niece: Dorothy Howard; God Children: Herman and Bessie Peoples, and Judy Orr; Best Friends: Clara Dunbar and Mildred Freeman; Loving Neighbors: James and Peggy Thomas; Four Generation of Grandchildren; and a host of family and friends that will miss her.
A visitation for Willie will be held Friday, September 27, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Manasota Memorial Park, 1221 53rd Ave East, Bradenton, FL 34203. A funeral service will occur Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 12:00 PM. Interment will take place immediately following funeral services at Manasota Memorial Park.
