Thomas Michael Jacobson, a son given by the Lord on September 15, 1970, passed away at home in Bradenton on May 12, 2011.
Today we rejoice in the knowledge that he is forever at home with the Savior he faithfully served. Tom is survived by his wife Kori, son Lance Thomas, nephew Jared Jacobson, in-laws Glen and Jayne Beeler, brother-in-law Zachary and many close friends. Preceding him in death were his mother Jana Borders, grandparents Rusty and Donna Jacobson.
Tom was a devoted Christian, husband and father. He was loved by all in his community and was willing to help anyone. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that tax deductible donations be made to Fellowship Church of God (941-538-6323), where he was an active member, to help with funeral expenses.
A memorial service will be held from 6–7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 19th at Manasota Memorial Funeral Home, 1221 53rd Avenue, East in Bradenton. Visitation will be from 5–6 and 7–8 p.m.
