Joel Robert Reynolds, 70, of Bradenton, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2024. Born on April 10, 1954, in Escanaba, Michigan, Joel was the beloved son of Pete and Mary Reynolds, both of whom preceded him in death.
Joel grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from Craig High School in 1972. He went on to build a successful career at General Motors, where he worked diligently for 30 years before retiring.
A proud Packers fan, Joel’s love for the team was infectious and became a cherished tradition he shared with his sons and grandchildren. In addition to his passion for football, Joel found joy in riding his Harley, fishing, tackling small projects, and spending quality time with his family.
Joel is survived by his two sons, Robert Reynolds and Jason Reynolds (Lori); his five grandchildren—Logan Reynolds, Braxton Reynolds, Tanner Reynolds, Moriah Reynolds, and Max Reynolds; and his brothers Jim Reynolds (Barb), John Reynolds (Pat), and Jerry Reynolds. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
A celebration of Joel’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation at Parkinson.org.
May Joel’s memory bring comfort to those who loved him and inspire them to cherish life’s simple joys as he did.
