Carol Ann Kolody

Carol Ann was born in New York to Rosemarie and Charles Goebel on June 24th, 1956. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Long Island University. She married her husband of 43 years, Danny, and they raised three children together. She went on to earn a master’s degree and had a successful career in the financial industry until her retirement. She made her family so proud of all her accomplishments.

Carol Ann had the most kind, calm, and caring spirit. She thoroughly enjoyed life, and when she laughed, it was contagious. She was a beloved wife, and the center of her children’s worlds, even as they grew into adults. She excelled in her role as a mother and was so excited to become a grandmother to her two precious grandsons.

Carol Ann is survived by her husband, Danny; her sons, Jeff and Greg; daughter, Stefanie; daughter-in-law’s, Tara and Sara; grandsons, Beckham and Carter; sister, Diane; brother-in-law’s, Don and Pete; sister-in-law’s, Nila, Barbara, and Judy; and several loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Carol Ann is preceded in death by her brother, Charles Goebel Jr., and her parents, Rosemarie Goebel and Charles Goebel Sr.

Her funeral mass will be a private service held at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church on July 22nd, 2023.
