Brenda Kay Smith

Brenda Kay Smith 62, of Bradenton Florida, assented to God’s wish to come home to Heaven on September 2, 2018. Brenda was born April 5, 1956 in Hamilton, Ohio. She was the daughter of Jack & Darlene (Sheffstall) Stewart of Bradenton, “she was Daddy’s Girl, for sure!”

Brenda was the most loving, caring and generous person, to her family, friends and everyone she came in contact with. She never met a stranger; she had a smile for everyone she met. She loved her little dogs and they loved her. She called them her Barnacles, especially Lady Bug who she loved for 16 years.

Brenda was a registered nurse, who showed love and kindness to all her patients. She had a nurse’s heart that was very healing. She was preceded in death by her sister Jackie Lee Reed, husband’s George “Ski” Bruns and Charlie Smith.

She is survived by her loving parents, daughter Angela V. Reasch, and her former husband Thomas Reasch, who remained her close devoted friend, her nephew Michael Garrett and his children Morgan and Joshua Garrett, many loving Aunts, Uncles, and many cousins, that she loved, her many friends, she loved everyone. She was a member of The Church At Bradenton, Pastor Ancil Abney.
