Walter E. Slichter, Jr., 87, of Boyertown. Husband of Dolores Mae (Ruth) Slichter. Passed away on Thursday February 2, 2023 in his residence.
Born in Adamstown, Pa. he was a son of the late Carrie (Weickel) and Walter E. Slichter, Sr.
He was employed by Firestone, later Occidental working in production for over 43 years until his retirement.
Walter was a member of the Pagoda Motorcycle Club and a life member of the AMA.
He is survived by his brother Charles M. husband of Virginia “Ginny” Slichter of Pottstown. A nephew, John C. husband of Kristen Slichter of Stowe and a niece, Emily E. Given of Paoli.
Funeral Services will be held at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. 111 North Reading Ave, Boyertown, PA. 19512. on Thursday February 9, 2023 at 10:30 AM.
