Rodney J. Martin, 64, of Bally. Husband of Alice J. Martin. Passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was born in Philadelphia, PA. He was the son of the late Margaret T. (LaVecchia) and James J. Martin.
He graduated from Northeast High School in Philadelphia. He was employed as a maintenance mechanic most recently at Leidy’s in Souderton. He was an avid Cowboys fan and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Rodney was predeceased by his brothers, Patrick Martin, Souderton, PA and John Martin of Cameron Mills, NY.
Rodney is survived by his step-children, Zackary L. Goldy of Boyertown and Felicia F. Goldy of Mertztown and his fur baby, Cashe. He has 3 grandchildren, Brandon, Ariel and Octavia whom he loved to spend time with. His sister-in-law Pam Martin and Regina Parke, his nephews: Matt, Patrick, John Jr., Justin, Keven, Josh and nieces: Krysta, Lauren, Colleen, and Ruthie.
Memorial Services will be held at Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown PA 19512 on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Family and friends may call from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
Burial arrangements will be private at the convenience of the family.
