Jane Susanne Borcher

Jane Susanne (Rothenberger) Borcher, age 78, wife of the late Thomas D. Borcher of Boyertown, PA passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023, in Pottstown, PA. Born on March 2, 1945, in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Marguerite (Nester) and Lester Rothenberger.

Jane was a registered nurse at Pottstown Hospital for 44 years. She also worked at Zerns for 37 years. In her free time, she loved to be outdoors. Jane enjoyed watching the birds and wildlife from her porch in the mountains. She also was a gardener and liked her time on the farm.

Jane is survived by her daughter, Martha Heimbach; sons, Timothy T. Borcher, and Thomas David Borcher; grandchildren, Natalie, Brianna, Stephanie, TJ, and Rebekah; and great-grandchildren, Leanne, and Nickolas. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Thomas D. Borcher.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 pm on October 28, 2023, at the Washington Pub, 1063 PA-100, Bechtelsville, PA 19505.
