He is survived by his son Frank S. Foley, III and his wife Jill of Utah; five sisters, Hope wife of David Royer of Boyertown, Faith Foley of TN, Carol Bishop of Reading, Promise, wife of Rich Morris of Fleetwood, PA, Gloria, wife of Thomas Troup of Wernersville, PA; many nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by his parents Frank and Martha Foley; two sisters, Joy Powell and Grace Samsel.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Fairview Cemetery, 317 West Philadelphia Avenue, Boyertown.
