Edith Louise Heick

Edith “Louise” Heick (nee Foehl) of Boyertown, PA, cherished wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was 78 years old.

Born on December 31, 1945 in Philadelphia, PA, Louise was the youngest of 3 children of Edith and Clifford Foehl. She went on to have a long successful career in property management, working for Trammel Crow, Oxford, Aimco and Insignia throughout her career.

Louise was best known for her love and kindness. She brought a vibrant energy to every room she entered. Above all, she dedicated her life to her family, providing unwavering love and support to her husband, children, and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years Frank, daughter Andrea Anderson (Sean), son Marc (Sylvia). Her grandchildren, Joshua Anderson, Michele Palsgrove (Aaron), and Jonathan Anderson. Her partner in crime and traveling protagonist Donna Schofield and her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Clifford and Thomas Foehl.

An interment ceremony will be held on January 7, 2025 at 10:00AM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery. Friends and family are welcome to attend to honor her memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her honor to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
