Husband of the late Leonia (Kasperczyk) and Roberta (Gorney) Kubiak; loving father of Leonard (Laurie Guerra), Andrew, Timothy (Lisa) Kubiak, Theresa (James) Gallo and Mary Jo (Ryan Pasinski) Kubiak; grandfather of Michael (Amanda), Jillian (Christian Cernauskias), Leonard (Amy Diamond), Samantha, Daniel (Ingrid), Cassandra, Lexi Kubiak and Gianna Gallo; great-grandfather of Owen and Leonard; brother of Thomas (Leslie Burham), Paul (Marsha), the late John (Carol), late Michael (Barbara) and the late Barbara Kubiak; also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
