Mrs. Anderson, Susan, Kathy & Andy (as I knew you),
I heard about your husband, dad's homegoing.  It's been a long time since I saw you all, but I have fond memories of the family kickball/dodgeball games, Charlie Brown specials on your color tv, first a/c home, Wizard of Oz play, Toys R Us gifts, and playing in your backyard as a kid.  Great memories.  Always cherish them.  May God continue to be your stronghold during this difficult time.

Wow, where to begin...Thank you so much for sharing your husband, father, grandfather and friend with me. I am so very sorry for your loss.  My heart aches with you.  I have to say, Andy was an incredible joy to know.  He had a zest for life and a willingness to share his heart when he knew it would help his wisdom hit ever closer to home.  I enjoyed our talks, his joke and stories.  It was always fun commenting on a new hat/shirt combination (he'd always have a smart reply!) or talking with him about his weekend or vacation that had just past.  I especially loved talking with Andy just prior to a special day, Christmas, an anniversary, a birthday, as he shared his quest to find Mary the most perfect gift! Mary this was a man in love, you know this and so did he, but not everyman is willing to share that heartbeat with the world! Andy was always an encouraging voice to live life now, don't wait, he knew time is always shorter than we would like and I loved the commitment he made not to give up a single minute to wasted time.  I will ALWAYS remember Andy as an amazing man and a wonderful friend with a beautiful heart!  My heart is forever changed because I had the privilege to call him a friend.  
If you need anything in the weeks or months to come, please know I am here.

Mrs. Anderson and family, I was sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was truly one of a kind as a person and a neighbor and will be missed. I will miss his smile and seeing him cruising around the neighborhood. Please know that you are not alone in your loss.

Ill always miss seeing you at my office when the day is through telling me some joke about an old couple in a retirement home.  For the short years that I knew you we did alot of things together.  I am glad that god saw fit to have our paths meet.  Oh and dont worry about "dippy do" Ill keep him in check.  You were a great friend and the embodiment of a generation.

Where to start well I will miss you so much! You were more than just a good friend you were my partner in crime, someone that knew how to take a joke even if you went flying off your machine every once in awhile after I turned it off when you turned your back... Good times

Andy, you were and still are the reason I am still working at TRU. 23 years ago you gave me some really sound advice that I took sincerely when it came to working. You told me "everyday you need to be somewhere, why not make it here and make a career out of it, you have what it takes". I thank you and I will truly miss you as a co-worker but more importantly, a friend (father figure).

Aunt Mary, Susan, Kathy Jo, Andy and family- I am saddened by the passing of Uncle Bill (Andy) He was a great man- and the coolest Uncle ever- he liked cars,model  trains,collecting stuff, telling jokes and stories,and having a good time... and he liked Hank Williams. I always respected him for wanting to remain a dock worker instead of moving "up" at the company. He was a simple man with simple tastes- but he wasn't simple minded- he was a very smart man. I'll miss Uncle Bill, but I take comfort in the fact that we will all see him when we get to our final home. God Bless, I am praying for you.

I will miss Big Andy [Mr. Anderson],He was a part of my teenage years when i became friends with his son.Always liked hangin around the Anderson's house and becoming just like one of the Family.Many great times there! Bill always had something to say..most of the time a wise crack..which i will dearly miss..he had a sence of humor...
I remember when i was there he would fall asleep watching TV. in his chair, and he loved his fish pond and i always respected how he loved his wife and children,there was nothing he would'nt do for them...God please take care of my friend Bill..and  one day we will all be together in the presence of the Lord..What a day..glorious day..that will be..

My condolences to the Anderson family. Bill was a car guy but his family always came first. He demonstrated his love for his family just last week when he told me he wouldn't attended the car show in PA until his grandson and son could attended with him. Bill will be missed by family and friends but never forgotten. Bill's sense of humor, smile and jokes will always be cherished memories for me. I believe Bill is now in a better place with the Lord and at peace. His kindness will never be forgotten.

Bill has gone on an unplanned perfect vacation. We will have many great memories but the Lord rejoices when one of His children comes home.  Love, Dayton, Betty and all the family

When I think of Uncle Bill (Andy) I remember a giving man. I also recall as a child I thought he was rich since he had all those Toys R US toys. Now that I am older I realize he was rich for he enriched so many lives around him. Sorry we can't be there in person but know we share in your loss. However, we know that one day we will all be together when we finally make it home. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
