Ben was born March 11, 1992 in Boston, the son of Robert J. and Joyce C. (Duffy) Kozlowski. He attended St. Margaret’s Catholic School in Buzzards Bay, then graduated from Wareham High School in 2011. He worked as a line cook.
He loved watching all sports, particularly baseball, soccer and basketball.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Surviving family members are his mother Joyce of Bourne, and brothers Nicholas of Sagamore Beach, and Alexander of Bourne.
There will be a memorial service for Ben on Monday June 29, at 11:00 AM, at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd, in Bourne.
