He was born March 16th, 1947 in Seattle, Washington. Patrick is survived by Karen, his wife of 42 years, his six children, Tina, William, Arlo, Meghan, Annie and Kai, ten grandchildren, and his sister Colleen Hallett.
A graduate of O'Dea High School (‘65), the University of Washington (‘71) and Burnley School of Professional Art, Patrick was an award-winning graphic designer and sculptor. Through his determination, perseverance and inner strength, he never stopped trying to improve himself. He traveled extensively through karate and his employment with Microsoft. He was a fifth degree Black Belt in karate and a proud Husky Football fan.
An extraordinary thinker and problem solver, Patrick will be fondly remembered by family and friends for his sharp mind and critical thinking. He was the “go-to” guy to help answer many life questions, encouraging his children to be proud of their choices. He was a calming and consistent influence to family and friends. He had a good heart, forever growing, improving and enjoying life to its fullest.
