NG, Emily (Che Kong To), 86, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2013. Beloved wife of Stanley Ng. Devoted mother of James, Jenny and Robert Ng. Loving sister of the late Fu Chung To & Kwai Ha To Lo and sister-in-law of the late Hom Yim Lo. Survived by John & May Wu, Mary Sue, Pui Fong Chan, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, & grand nephews. Loving relation to the late Helen & Richard Len, Edward Guen, Albert Len, & Ann Wong. Also survived by Amy Guen, Rose Len, Billy & Josephine Chin, Frank & Kathleen Chin, Barry Wong, Carroll Guen, Arthur & Dorothy Len, Doris Wong,Tong & Josephine Moy, Thomas & Janet Louie.
A long time leader of the Kwong Kow Chinese School, the City of Boston declared February 24, 1980 as “Emily Ng Day” for her contributions promoting Chinese and American language and culture.

Funeral Mass on Saturday, March 2, at 11 am, at St. James the Greater Church, 125 Harrison Avenue, Boston, Interment in Forest Hills Cemetery in Boston. Celebratory meal 4 pm at China Pearl Restaurant, 9 Tyler Street, Boston. Parking is available at Tufts Medical Center parking lot on Hudson Street.
