Maxine Hughey Hogland

Maxine Hughey Hogland, 95, of Booneville passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at her home. She was a member of the West Booneville Church of Christ. She loved cooking, secretarial work, mowing the lawn, working in her garden and working on the farm.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, June 10, 2022 with Mr. Douglas Jumper officiating. Burial will be in the Booneville Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 1:00 P.M until 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband of 77 years, Ward D. Hogland: her sons, Larry (Judy) Hogland, Thomas Hogland and Gary Hogland: her grandchildren, Britt (Kasey) Hogland, Brandon Hogland, Kurt Shumaker, Jon Shumaker and Jill Shumaker; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Rose Hogland, Mac Shumaker, Mia Shumaker, Camden Shumaker, Carter Shumaker and Audrey Wallace; and her daughter-in-law, Mary Beth Hogland.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Britten Hughey and Lela Heavener Hughey; her son, Wally Hogland and her granddaughter, Becky Hogland.
