I worked with Ramon for many years at Sharp Memorial hospital. Ramon loved  to joke around and was very funny. He was also a very hard worker. You didn’t have to worry when Ramon was on because you knew our Pharmacy would be well stocked. We missed him when he didn’t work for Sharp any longer. What a great man! Rest In Peace Ramon.

I would like to share personal attributes that made my brother a wonderful person. I will remember Kuya Ramon as the most caring, generous and loving person. He always expressed concern for our well-being because he wanted nothing but the best for his family.  With a compassionate heart, he goes out of his way to support us during difficult times. I will always remember his kindness and generosity and will carry this with me forever. It is often said that “The secret to living is giving” and Ramon Soriano was a true testament to that.

Petitioned by our big brother, Gani, me and my brother, Ramon, were granted the opportunity to start a new chapter in America. 

On May 7, 1997, me and my brother arrived with hope and excitement and though we were thousands of miles away from our homeland, my brother remained the same kind-hearted, funny person and never forgot our family in the Philippines.   

During college, he was the supportive brother who never hesitated in supplying me with pocket money.  I was forever grateful and influenced by his generosity.

Even in his last moments, he continued to make me laugh, pointing out how he didn't recognize me with my white hair and that I should dye it right away.  He was known for his humor, brightening the world like sunshine.

Compelled by his kind heart, he thought of family back in the Philippines and used his last moments to send them what he could.  

His kindness has made a lasting impression and his memory will forever be cherished.  We will always love you, Ramon.  Rest in Peace.

Here are some of the fond memories I had the pleasure to create when I was living with brother Ramon  and his family, way back in 1988 through 1992.  He was a kind and generous brother, who gave me a lot of good advice on life. I followed in his footstep in the Navy, he was a navy Pharmacy Technician. So , when I joined the Navy, I became a Pharmacy Technician just like him. To you brother Ramon, may you rest in peace. Fair winds and following seas shipmate.




Tito Ramon was a very kind soul, a very quiet person. We had a lot of memories when we all were going to university, back in the day of the laundry moments ...staying with my Lola Elang in her (Doroteo Jose, Manila) humble business . I remember him getting up so early in the morning and mopping the floor while I and others who boarded in my Lola’s apartment do other chores. I do remember him too, working for Mercury Drugs. He had this list of codes which he would memorize. He kept that paper in his pocket and from time to time you would see him trying to contain all those notes...I guess a requirement when you serve the public...dispensing medication.

Though we know, at one point, we are all going to meet with our Creator, it’s still very difficult to face anyone’s death...as death is so final. All we could do is to entrust the soul of Tito Ramon to Our Lord. 🙏May all the angels accompany him as he enters the blissful life in Heaven. Tito Ramon, Rest In Peace 🙏❤️

We lost not only a brother but a dear friend. We are grateful to God in giving Ramon to us. I will cherish forever our early morning conversation when he came to visit me, when he helped me raked the leaves from my yard, when he watched our house while we were on vacation, when he brought the recycled soda cans for Francisco and most of all when he touched me while shaving my already balding hair.  

May the choir of angels welcome you in paradise in the company of Inang, Tatang, Indang Torang, Ato and Wilma. Rest in peace my dear brother.  We love you.
