Edmundo’s journey to America in 1976 marked the beginning of a passionate pursuit of the American dream. He worked tirelessly for nearly four decades before retiring in 2014 driven by dedication to provide for his family and secure a lasting legacy.
Edmundo poured his heart into his work and took immense pride in providing for his loved ones. He retired knowing that his hard-earned legacy was secure, ensuring a future where his family would always be taken care of.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife Tess Gutana with whom he shared a lifetime of memories and love, His spirit will also live through his children, Peter Michael Gutana, Krystle Emiko Gutana and Grand children Jaidyn and Avery. He is also survived by his sisters Editha Gutana and Edalyn Ambito, along with family and friends.
There will be a memorial service held for Edmundo on Saturday, November 16th from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm in Glen Abbey's Magnolia Room. Immediately following the conclusion of the memorial service, we will lay Edmundo in his final place of rest here at Glen Abbey Memorial Park beginning at 2 pm. The Gutana family invites you all to please follow with them to Glen Abbey's Orchid Pavilion for a celebration of life reception from 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm.
