Jerry Allen White

Jerry was born December 4, 1948 in Brunswick County and was the son of the late John A. and Eva Hewett White. He was preceded in death by a brother, John White. He was an avid deer hunter. He attended Bridge Of Life Church. Jerry retired from G.E. of Wilmington.

He is survived by his wife, Loretta S. White; his children, Denna Nicole White of SC, Jeremy Dean White of Supply, Jeffery Allen White of Supply, Tommy Sawyer and wife Angela of Winnabow; grandchildren, Michael Raynor, Blake Sawyer, Will White, Mariah White, Kaylea White, Carly White, Raleigh White, siblings, Kenneth White and wife Sally of Supply, Benny Charles White, William White and wife Lisa, Martha Jones and husband Donald, Landis White and wife Carla all of Ash, Michael White of Pawleys Island, SC, mother in-law, Jane Scherer of Leland, brother in-law, William Sawyer, sister in-laws, Lena Pate and husband Lee, Roberta Wersinger and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 11, 2016 at two o’clock in the afternoon at White Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel, 603 Ocean Highway, Bolivia with Reverend Jerome Bullard and Reverend Tim Rausch officiating.

Friends are cordially invited to a time of visitation with the family on Friday at one o’clock in the afternoon prior to the service at the funeral home.
