Remembering the good times - Mary and Tom and our seaside lunch in Santa Monica, 2012.

Visiting my Los Angeles home, Mr. Hannigan was very skeptical of unauthorized documentation!  Tom, you are sorely missed!

Hi Mary , its Joe Wolf, just heard about Tom's passing and would like to say how sad it is. He was a great guy to be around, had a lot of fun with him and the Caribou times. My favorite quote you might say from Tom was after completing the woman's world record in NY
and during the celebration in the hangar. I asked Tom about the status of the aircraft, and he replied "Joe I'm drinking bourbon
so don't get too technical with me".  Never forgot that, always puts
a smile on my face. 

When I think of Tom, I think of flamingoes, broccoli, fit with and ou wasasa, the camp phrase he used to sign off of our phone calls.  And of the visit he made with Mary to my Descanso Gardnes, California art installation in 2015.  

Mary,

I was so sorry to hear about Tom’s passing.  I have nothing but wonderful memories flying with him in the New York Office.

May the Good Lord and all you wonderful memories give you comfort during this time.  

Tom once again, now and forever soars with the Eagles.

Dear Mary,  My husband, Rick, and I are both very sorry for the loss of your husband.  While we didn't have the pleasure of knowing Tom during our years in the Miami office (1984 - 1991), we were aware of his work for the Bureau and his great volunteering at the Boca Raton MS Society. I send my deepest condolences on Tom's passing.  Seeing you both in the last three weeks was a smile filled gift for me.  May Tom's memory be a blessing for you, and may it be comfort for your family and for all who had the privilege of knowing him.  We are here for you.  Larry

My wife, Mary, and I are so sad to hear the passing of Tom.  He fought a long battle in the military, FBI and with his medical problems.   He is now at peace.
