Janice B. Pearson

Janice Marie Pearson of Boca Raton, FL passed away peacefully on April 2nd, 2015 at the age of 70 while surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Ronald G. Pearson for over 50 years, mother of three and grandmother of five. She is survived by her husband Ronald; son Ronald G. Pearson Jr.(Christine White) of Jacksonville; daughters Jennifer Quinn(Keith) of Lantana, FL and Linda Pearson-Greenberg(Laurence) of Boynton Beach, FL; and grandchildren Chelsea Trzupek, Marly Razzano, Amanda Casimiro, Katelyn Casimiro, and Jade Greenberg. Janice was preceded in death by her brother James J. Burke and is survived by siblings Robert P. Burke(Lynn) of Tinley Park, IL; Mary Ann Belohlavek(James) of Wilmington, IL; Susan Ervine(Ronald) of Murray, KY; and Dennis George Burke of Boca Raton, FL. Janice was born in Evergreen Park, Illinois, moved with her family to Boca Raton in June of 1973 and chose to live life to the fullest by surrounding herself with life-long friends and volunteering through her parish of over 40 years, St. Joan of Arc. She was a tireless worker for over a decade in the church’s thrift store and gave generously to the many projects and works of St Joan’s parish. She also volunteered her time at both Boca Raton Middle and High Schools by acting as the clinic coordinator. Her light and spirit will be sorely missed by all who had the good fortune to know her. A mass will be held on Friday, April 17th at 11:00 AM at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church 501 SW 3rd Avenue, Boca Raton, FL. to be followed by a reception at the family home from 1:00PM to 4:00 PM. The memorial service will be held at Babione Funeral home 1100 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, Florida at 6:00PM on Friday, April 17th.
