Harry Wayne Henderson

Harry Wayne Henderson, age 89, of Bloomington passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 at I.U. Health; Bloomington Hospital. Born January 12, 1932 in Bloomington, he was the son of John and Mary (Sherill) Henderson. Harry worked as a custodian at Indiana University and enjoyed knife collecting. Harry is survived by his two daughters, Carolyn (Randy) Swafford, of Springville and Barbara (Bob) Spence, of Ephrata, Washington; four grandchildren, Candice Kordis, Raina Spence, Sheri Priddy and Randall Jones, Jr. and ten great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife, Ruby L. (Moore) Henderson on December 15, 2013. He was also the last living survivor of his siblings. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home; 4150 E. Third St. Burial will follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
