Tracy moved to Los Angeles, CA at age 3 and later to Fontana, CA where she attended Cypress Elementary School and then on to Fontana High School. Tracy later earned her pharmacy technician license.
Tracy worked at Kaiser Permanente Hospital for 15 years until her passing. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and reading and quoting her favorite verses from the bible.
Tracy is survived by her mother, Vilma Wyatt, her son Caleb (Giovanni) Graziano, her brothers Kevin Lightburn, Curtis Lightburn and spouse Minda Lightburn and Chelsey Wyatt and spouse Amber Wyatt. Tracy is also survived by aunts Sylvia Young, Marva Groenendyk, Marlyn Slusher, Carol Kerr, Bernice Gillett, Karen Gillett, uncles Leonard Gillett and Louis Gillett, Jr., along with a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Tracy was a devoted member of the Inland Lighthouse Church where she served in the ministry until her passing.
