Mariela Bucio Hidalgo

Mariela Bucio Hidalgo passed away on December 1st, 2024. She was born on October 21st, 1989 in Orange, California to Marina Hidalgo Castillo and Rosendo Bucio Fuentes. Mariela was the second of six children and brought joy to her family since the moment she was born.

From an early age, Mariela defied the odds. She faced challenges that would have discouraged many but she rose above them with remarkable strength, resilience and an unwavering determination. Throughout her life, Mariela constantly surpassed the expectations, living with a spirit of perseverance and a heart full of love.

Mariela enjoyed many activities but perhaps her greatest joy came from solving word searches, watching romantic series and dancing with enthusiasm that would light up any room. She found immense happiness in spending time with her family, especially her nieces, and nephew whom she adored. Her interactions with those around her were always filled with laughter, love and a sharp wit that made everyone smile.

Her bond with her family was deep and unwavering. Mariela was known for her compassionate heart, her infectious laugh and her ability to bring people together. Her presence will be forever missed, as her warmth and light hearted nature left an unforgettable mark on all those who knew her.

Mariela’s legacy of love and strength will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She is survived by her parents, Marina and Rosendo, sisters - Alejandra, Roxana and Diana, her brothers, Rosendo Jesus and Raul, her brother in laws, Miguel Brito and Fernando de Anda, her sister in laws- Leslie Acosta and Kathia Banda, her nieces Arianna, Jovanna, Alina and Emma and her nephew Michael.

Though her time with us was too short, the joy and love she shared will remain in our hearts forever.

May she rest in peace, knowing she was deeply loved and cherished by all who had the honor of knowing her.
