Anthony Thomas Basile, 78, of California and New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Paterson. He was a fueler for American Airlines for 38 years before retiring in 2002. Visitation will take place at Zarro Funeral Home, 145 Harrison St., Bloomfield NJ 07003(www.zarrofuneralhome.net), on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 4-8 pm. A service will begin at 7:30pm. Anthony is survived by wife, Rose; his daughter Virginia Torrisi and her husband, Joe, son Michael Basile and his late wife, Debbie; brothers, Nick and Joseph Basile cherished grandchildren, Joseph, Jannette, Melissa, 4 great grandchildren Paola Torrisi, Julian Angione, Gabrielle and Domenic Vetere. He was predeceased by his parents, Grace (Pennucci) and Antonio Basile; siblings, Margaret, Ralph, Tommy and Victor Basile.
