Vonda Lee Dobbins was born on December 4, 1944, to Dewey Otto and Eunice Mable Conatser. Vonda was very devoted to being a good mom and always put her children first, doing all she could to help them experience life and achieve success in school or other endeavors. She worked at Ford Park Baptist Church Daycare in Shreveport, LA, for many years. She loved the children as her own, and their parents adored her. She would check in with them as they grew up. Vonda married James (Jim) Dobbins on October 21, 1983, in Las Vegas, NV. She and her husband owned and operated Econ-OWiping Cloth in Shreveport, LA, from 1985 until 2005. They moved to Alabama in 2013. She enjoyed square dancing with her husband, and they traveled around the south to different square dancing competitions. Vonda attended Pearl Lake Baptist Church in Springville, Al. She was an avid reader, and she loved politics. She always spoke her mind, and you always knew what she was thinking, as she didn't hide her thoughts. She was a daughter, sister, mother, wife, aunt, and friend and will be greatly missed by all.
