Of West Blocton, AL passed away at the age of 88, surrounded by those who loved her, and will be dearly missed. Mrs. Morris was a wonderfully loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband James A. Morris.
She is survived by her sons, James Garland Morris (Tracy) of West Blocton and Randy L. Morris (Carmen) of Kimberly; daughters, Bobbie Whisenhunt of Denham Springs, LA, Wanda Mitchell (Johnnie) of West Blocton and Carol Glass of Woodstock; 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 24th at 10:30 a.m. in Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donation be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
