Marcus C. Jones, born March 18, 1959 and passed away July 8, 2018 unexpectedly at his home. He was a member of the original Hunter Street Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his father, Douglas C. Jones and his twin brother Michael D. Jones. Survivors include his mother, Lois Davis Jones; niece Jennifer (Shane) Ricks, Jeff and Chevy Jones, Matthew and Amy Jones; aunts, Wynell Turner (Charles), Myrtle Austin and several cousins. His graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
