Galina Melikova, age 93, passed away peacefully October 7, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she was the heart of her family and a wonderful homemaker whose exceptional cooking brought everyone together.
Galina was cherished for her unique ability to say the right thing at the right moment, providing comfort and wisdom to those around her. Her caring and loving demeanor touched the lives of all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughters, Olga Popov and Luba Zakarian; her grandchildren, Vlada Kent, Rada Zakarian, and Greg Zakarian; and her great-grandchildren, Mia Kent, Anna Kent, Alexander Elhaiga, and Sam Elhaiga.
Galina will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who are grateful for the countless memories and the love she shared. In her honor, let us remember her strength and kindness, which will live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
