Debbie Hitchcock (Henson) born in Richmond, Indiana February 9, 1950. Current city Ashville, Alabama, went to be with her Heavenly Father on September 5, 2021 at 11:00am, peacefully in her sleep. She is survived by her husband David Hitchcock, the love of her life and soulmate. They were married March 13, 1968. She is also survived by her 6 children: Anjanette (Anjie) Morgan (Michael), Valerie Turner (Bubba), Rebecca (Becky) Hitchcock (Justin Thompson), Gabe Hitchcock, Zack Hitchcock (Mallory), and James Hitchcock; 2 grandchildren, Jennifer Turner and Gage Turner. 1 great grandchild Kade Bunt, and 1 on the way; siblings, Frankie Henson, Patricia Richardson, Wayne Henson, Wesley Henson, Connie Whalen, Jackie Gilham, Wanda Weems, Tony Henson, the late Mickey Henson and Marvin Henson. She has a host of nieces and nephews. The family will celebrate her life with visitation on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 6-8 pm at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Funeral Services in the Chapel will be held on Thursday September 9, 2021 at 10am. Burial will be in New Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gabe Hitchcock, Zack Hitchcock, James Hitchcock, Gage Turner, Kaleb Layfield, Dalton Walker, Johnny Thomas, and Tommy Gilham.
