Judith Richard

Judith (Judy) Richard, 72 of Binghamton passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Virginia Ostrander; husband, Silvio W. Richard. She is survived by her six children, Lisa and Joseph Moody and their sons, Joshua and Jacob; Michael and Leslie Richard and their sons, Matthew and James; Marc Richard and Karen Jackson and son Shaun; Linda and Jason Miller and their children, Madison, Ryan and Harper; Gary and Christine Richard and their daughter, Caitlin; Lori and Allen Griffin and their daughter, Amber. Lifelong friends Joyce Kipp and Carole Petley and her beloved dog, Pula. She was a member of St. Mark's Church and a retired administrator of the Chenango Valley Home in Norwich, NY. Judy loved spending time with her family and grandchildren most of all. She was their biggest cheerleader at their sporting events. She was also an avid Yankees fan and dog lover. Judy was an amazing mother grandmother and friend. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, October 30, 2015 at St. Mark's church. Burial will follow in Chenango Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson NY.
